CONSIDERING that the Sovereign Sovereignty Areas should continue to form part of the customs territory of the Union after the exit of the United Kingdom, this Agreement is drawn up in a single original in the Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Greek, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Slovenian Chweden languages, the texts of each of these languages being equally authentic. STRESSING that the objective of this Agreement is to ensure the orderly withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the Union and Euratom, was adopted on 15 November 27, 2018, the day after the presentation of the Agreement and the support of the Cabinet of the Government of the United Kingdom, several members of the Government, including Dominic Raab, Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union.  2. The obligations under Union industrial safety law shall apply to the United Kingdom in cases where the tendering, tendering or grant procedure has been initiated for the classified contract, subcontract or classified grant agreement before the end of the transitional period. 8. Any subsequent agreement between the Union and the United Kingdom shall indicate which parts of this Protocol it replaces. As soon as a subsequent Agreement between the Union and the United Kingdom enters into force after the entry into force of the Withdrawal Agreement, this Protocol shall not apply or enter into force from the date of application of this Agreement and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement which lay down the effect of this Agreement in this Protocol; in whole or in part as the case may be. The Union and the United Kingdom shall support each other in full respect and in good faith in the performance of the tasks arising from this Agreement. . . .
